Your Part - we are all pulling together!
While we are bringing in great expertise and support, never forget that You and 21st Century Schools are partners in this endeavor!
We will be looking to enlist people from your school/district, and hopefully from nearby universities and the community! Collaboration is our key word of the day!
What is it that we hope your school/district/organization will provide in terms of talent and time to support this project?
Here are a few possibilities:
In addition to the consultants from 21st Century Schools we request the following personnel who may be employees of your school/district and who can be assigned to this project, or contracted for this project. Some of these services may be done virtually by someone in another location. This does not include our collaboration with your Administrators/Leadership or your IT Team with whom we expect to be collaborating throughout this project.
Office – We respectfully request that your school provide office space at the school for use by the consultants we bring in, and access to a boardroom, reception area, desk for office assistant, phones, Internet, cable, video conferencing equipment, computers, printer/scanner, office supplies and room for storage of materials.
We also request that our hotel accommodations include an office work space en suite.
*21st Century Schools University - this is only if we decide to create a program for teacher education which will provide your teachers with the well-deserved credit they will have earned for all their study, research, and production of high quality 21st century curriculum. Since we will be developing online courses for your teachers we feel that they should receive graduate university academic credit for these courses from a university.
- Webmaster – this person will be responsible for the design and maintenance of the web site for this project. This site will host the 21st Century Schools University*.
- Graphics Artist – for web site and publishing of printed materials.
- Publisher - create professional quality documents to be published online or in print. Example: Curriculum Guides, etc.
- Videographer/Photographer – full time, to document everything. This material will be resourced for publication of papers, as evidence of the spectacular progress made, and for creating videos for purposes of professional development.
- Office Assistant
- Liaison – coordinates between 21CS and your school/district
- Driver with vehicle – assigned to provide transportation to Consultants when on-site.
- Outside Evaluator – we recommend finding someone at a university to work with us on this.
- Public Relations Experts
